✨ New Features

• Add lots of new procedural panel properties allowing new procedural shapes like polygons and ellipses.
• Add new outline mode property to text panels to choose between outer, centered and inner outline modes.

🔨 Changes

• Text outline thickness values now ranges between 0 and 100%.
• Text outline thickness values are consistent between all outline modes.
• Text outline thickness values clamped to 75% of its previous max value to avoid graphical glitches.

🐛 Bugfixes

• Fix text outline thickness property input values not reacting properly when writing numbers with the keyboard.
