✨ New Features

• Add new custom outline tag support (experimental). You can use it as “<outline size=SIZE color=COLOR>TEXT</outline>“. Size y color parameters are optional (will default as the outline panel property values). Size percentage is a value between 0 and 200 and color can be in the format #RRGGBB o #RRGGBBAA. You can use this to set a custom outline to a certain range of text, change its outline size/color, or disable it if you use size=0 or a fully transparent color.

• Fix cursor wrong type locked in several situations.
